Kitchen Remodeling – Day 1 of 17 – Demolition and Opening Up Wall

Kitchen Remodeling – Day 1 of 17 – Demolition and Opening Up Wall
Day 1 of 17 of the Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel.
This series of time-lapse videos captures the entire process of our kitchen and bathroom remodel process. Narrated by myself (Jason) with the considerations and challenges that were encountered during planning and execution of the remodel.
My brother Neil and I worked for seventeen days straight on this project. This first video was taken the day Neil arrived in Southern California to help. We weren’t planning on working this day, but got to talking and ended up getting some work done – we took apart a section of the wall between the kitchen and dining room and made the decision that we could go ahead and cut open the wall to create more of an open-concept connection between the dining room and kitchen.
Tools used: Bosch Oscillating Tool, Dewalt Reciprocating Saw, Dead On Tools Annihilator Wrecking Bar
