Kitchen Remodeling – Day 9 of 17 – Drywall, Painting, Cabinet Installation, Plumbing
Day nine starts with some drywall sanding, then we get started painting the kitchen. After early morning work is done, we progress on to installing base cabinets. We install the IKEA Sektion sink cabinet and do some plumbing work. The dishwasher is blocked in. Installation is completed on the corner base cabinet that will go out to the peninsula. The natural gas line connections are made that will provide gas to the stove top. At the end of the day, we clean up, block out the base board trim, and do some touch up paint.
